A-1 Visa Law & Legal Definition
The A-1 Nonimmigrant Visa is given to foreign officers of permanent diplomatic missions or consular posts traveling to the United States on behalf of their national government to engage solely in official activities. The official’s immediate family members like spouse and dependents are also eligible for this Visa.
