Affidavit for suspension of fee/cost refers to an affidavit filed by the defendant or petitioner in a case applying to the court for the suspension of fee/cost in the case for reasons of indigency or other. In domestic relations cases the applicant is entitled to order requiring his/her spouse to pay attorney fees.
