Anonymous Work [Copyrights] Law & Legal Definition

According to 17 USCS § 101 [Title 17. Copyrights; Chapter 1. Subject Matter and Scope of Copyright], an anonymous work “is a work on the copies or phonorecords of which no natural person is identified as author.”
