Antitrust Evidence Law & Legal Definition

According to 15 USCS § 6211 (1), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 88. International Antitrust Enforcement Assistance] the term antitrust evidence means "information, testimony, statements, documents, or other things that are obtained in anticipation of, or during the course of, an investigation or proceeding under any of the Federal antitrust laws or any of the foreign antitrust laws."
