BAC Test Law and Legal Definition
BAC test or the Blood Alcohol Content test is a test used to determine the amount of alcohol present in a person’s blood. Ordinarily, law enforcement officers ask Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Offenders to submit to such tests.
BAC tests may be done:
1. Using breathalyzers, where the DWI/DUI offender is asked to blow into the machine.
2. By testing the blood of the offender.
