Blink Cards Law & Legal Definition

Related to Blink Cards

Blink cards are contactless general purchase consumer payment cards. To use cards with blink functionality, cardholders simply hold their card near a point-of-sale terminal at checkout, instead of swiping their card or handing it to a store employee. As they hold their card with blink near the point-of-sale terminal, the terminal will quickly emit a signal or tone to acknowledge payment confirmation.
