Capitol to Capitol refers to an information service of the National Conference of State Legislatures Standing Committees. It provides up-to-the-minute information on important federal legislation, and provides advice when one needs to call members of Congressional delegation to show support or disapproval of bills that affect the states.
Capitol to Capitol information is sent to:
a. members of NCSL’s Standing Committees;
b. state-federal coordinators;
c. legislative research directors;
d. National Association of Legislative Fiscal Officers; and
e. state legislative librarians.
