Conditional offer of employment refers to an offer of employment that is dependent on the successful completion of certain conditions. The employment becomes final only on the successful completion of all the conditions. The conditions which are prescribed will vary from employer to employer. It can be anything like the satisfactory completion of remaining phases of application process, medical examination, background investigation, drug test etc.
