Deed of Covenant Law & Legal Definition
A deed of covenant is executed for providing periodic payments or an amount regularly by one party to another especially for tax-saving purpose. The transfer can deduct taxes from the payment and in certain cases, the recipient can reclaim the taxes so deducted.
