Eligible Professional Development Provider [Education] Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 20 USCS § 6368 (2) [Title 20. Education; Chapter 70. Strengthening and Improvement of Elementary and Secondary Schools; Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged; Student Reading Skills Improvement Grants; Reading First], the term eligible professional development provider means “a provider of professional development in reading instruction to teachers, including special education teachers, that is based on scientifically based reading research.”
