Fiduciary guardianship could refer to the legal or ethical relationship between a guardian and a ward or incompetent adults, whereby the guardian assumes the power to make decisions on behalf of the ward or about the ward’s property. A fiduciary guardian acts for the benefit of the ward or other incapacitated person on all matters within the scope of their relationship.
