A manning table is a listing of the positions or number of workers to be used in the operation of a particular machine or process. For example, a manning list might be used in a school to communicate with Personnel for any changes in assignment:  subject, grade level, etc.  When these positions come open, it also helps in recruiting and advertising for replacements.

  •     Wages fund planning and control over its condition, both in departments and in the enterprise as a whole.
  •     Enterprise structure determination.
  •     Introduction of positions reference books with salary limits, rates, and categories.
  •     Support of extra payments, bonuses, additional vacancies scales depending on the employee’s figures.
