Nonregulated Gas Utility Law & Legal Definition

According to 15 USCS § 3202 (4), [Title 15. Commerce and Trade; Chapter 59. Retail Policies for Natural Gas Utilities] the term nonregulated gas utility means “any gas utility other than a State regulated gas utility.”
