Passenger Car Law & Legal Definition

According to 23 USCS § 157 [Title 23 Highways; Chapter 1 Federal-Aid Highways] , a passenger car means "a motor vehicle with motive power (except a multipurpose passenger motor vehicle, motorcycle, or trailer) designed to carry not more than 10 individuals."
