Predetermined Disposition Law & Legal Definition

Predetermined disposition generally means an outcome determined ahead of time. For example, in disposing of assets, a will may determine ahead of death how to dispose of the decedent's estate. A prenuptial agreement may determine how to deal with assets ahead of a divorce. Jurors are supposed to avoid predetermined dispositions and wait to form an opinion until after all evidence is heard
