Satisfaction Guaranteed Law & Legal Definition

This term is used in a sales or services contract in which the buyer has the sole discretion to decide whether or not the goods or services tendered by the seller are acceptable. In the event the buyer is not satisfied and does not pay the price, the seller has no cause of action against the buyer. Buyer’s satisfaction is more important than the quality of goods and services.
