Stockbook is a corporate record of the stockholders of a corporation, showing the amount of stock held by each, the numbers of the stock certificates issued to the particular stockholders, etc.
A book whose pages have a number of strips forming pockets into which stamps can be inserted for storage is also called stockbook.
