United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review Law & Legal Definition

The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review is a panel consisting of three federal judges, who are appointed by the Chief Justice. The federal judges are so appointed in order to review decisions of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. The United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review was established in 1978 by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
