Pursuant to 22 USCS § 8302 (2), [Title 22. Foreign Relations and Intercourse; Chapter 90. Volunteers for Prosperity Program], the term VfP Program means “the Volunteers for Prosperity Program established through Executive Order 13317 [22 USCS § 8301 note].”
