Voluntas Testatoris Est Ambulatoria Usque Ad Extremum Vitae Exitum Law & Legal Definition

Voluntas testatoris est ambulatoria usque ad extremum vitae exitum is a legal maxim used in connection with wills of an individual. This rule says that will of a testator is ambulatory until the last moment of his/her life. A will can be revoked at any point of time during the lifetime of a testator. The final will of the testator can only be considered as valid. A subsequent will always revokes an earlier will.
