According to 25 USCS § 1776a [Title 25. Indians, Chapter 19. Indian Land Claims Settlements, Crow Land Claims Settlement] the term "1891 survey" means "the survey of the eastern boundary of the Crow Reservation conducted by the United States Government from 1889 through 1891."
