A-3 Visa Law and Legal Definition
The A-3 Nonimmigrant Visa is given to employees of A-1 and A-2 Visa Holders. The A-3 Visa allows the personal attendants, employees or servants of the principal A-1 or A-2 Visa holders and the immediate family members of principal A-3 Visa holders to enter into the U.S. A-3 Visa holders must be employed in a domestic capacity and paid by the principal.
