According to 41 CFR 51-1.3 [Title 41 : Public Contracts And Property Management Subtitle B ; Other Provisions Relating To Public Contracts Chapter 51 ; Committee For Purchase From People Who Are Blind Or Severely Disabled Part 51-1 ; General ]Ability One Program means ‘the program authorized by the JWOD Act to increase employment and training opportunities for persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities through Government purchasing of commodities and services from nonprofit agencies employing these persons.”
