Abolitionism Law and Legal Definition
Abolitionism refers to a movement towards the abolition of slavery. In U.S., slavery was abolished in most of Latin America during the Independence Wars (1810–1822). Abolitionism had stimulated religious emotions and expression to a great extent as it stepped for a new and presumably better transnational institutions.
