Accelerated Rehabilitation is a program that gives a second chance to persons charged with a crime or motor vehicle violation for the first time. Those persons are placed on probation for a specific period. The charges are dismissed on successful and satisfactory completion of probation period. Accelerated rehabilitation is also called AR.
