Accident Policy Law and Legal Definition
Accident policy is a business or personal insurance policy that provides a person with accident insurance. It usually provides coverage for loss resulting directly from bodily injuries sustained during the policy period by means of an accident. The subscribers of accident policy are mainly:
(1)employers to cover claims made by employees; or
(2)companies to cover claims made by the public; or
(3)individual against personal financial loss.
