Accommodation Land Law and Legal Definition
Accommodation land means land that is originally used for grazing livestock such as, sheep, cows, horses, or deer. Such accommodation lands are bought by a builder or venturer to construct houses or improvements on it. After constructing houses or making improvements in such land the builder will lease out the land at an increased rent.
