Accompanying visa refers to a type of visa issued when family members travel with the principal applicant. In case of immigrant visa cases, accompanying visa is issued within six months of issuance of an immigrant visa to the principal applicant.
H4 Visa is an accompanying visa granted to a spouse and children under 21 years of age of a worker.
