Account Guarantee Acknowledgment is a written acknowledgment by the guarantor to the firm that it may use the money and securities in the guaranteeing account without restriction to carry the guaranteed account and pay any deficit in the guaranteed account. The margin of the amount to be maintained in the guaranteeing account is then calculated by combining the two accounts.
