Pursuant to 20 USCS § 1067k (1), [Title 20. Education; Chapter 28. Higher Education Resources And Student Assistance; Institutional Aid; Minority Science And Engineering Improvement Program; Administrative And General Provisions] the term accredited means “currently certified by a nationally recognized accrediting agency or making satisfactory progress toward achieving accreditation.”
