According 34 CFR 691.2 (d) [Title 34 – Education; Subtitle B -- Regulations of the Offices of the Department of Education; Chapter VI -- Office of Postsecondary Education, Department of Education; Part 691 -- Academic Competitiveness Grant (ACG) and National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (National Smart Grant) Programs; Subpart A -- Scope, Purpose, and General Definitions], the term ACG Scheduled Award means “the maximum amount of an ACG (Academic Competitiveness Grant) that would be paid to a full-time first-year student or a full-time second-year student for the applicable year.”
