Act of Sederunt Law and Legal Definition
Act of Sederunt is the legal name given to the procedural rules regulating various civil legal procedures in Scotland. This regulation is issued by the Court of Session to regulate procedure in that court or in the lower civil courts. An Act of Sederunt may also contain the styles of forms to be used. For example, "Act of Sederunt (Small Claims Rules) 2002.
