Actio Commodati Law and Legal Definition
Actio commodati is a Latin term which means action on loan. It means an action available to a lender against the borrower who had misused or had not returned the loan. It is an action for the recovery of a thing gratuitously loaned but not returned to the lender. It is also called as commodati action.
