Actio Furti Law and Legal Definition
Actio furti means an action of theft or an action founded on theft. Actio furti can be bought only for the penalty attached to an offense. This cannot be brought before court to recover stolen goods. For that purpose other action should be brought before court. Actio furti can also be considered as an old process by which a thief can be pursued and vindicated.
