Added Brandy Law and Legal Definition
According to 27 CFR 1.10 [Title 27 -- Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms; Chapter I -- Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, Department of the Treasury], added brandy means “brandy or wine spirits for use in fortification of wine as permitted by internal revenue law.”
