Additional Servitude (Eminent Domain) Law and Legal Definition
Additional Servitude means making a different use than that for which the land was originally taken under eminent domain proceedings. It is also known as new servitude. It amounts to the imposition of a new and additional easement on the land and requires a new condemnation to justify its taking.
