Adequate and Full Consideration in Money or Money’s Worth Law and Legal Definition
"Adequate and full consideration in money or money's worth" is defined as "consideration in money or money's worth having a reasonable relationship to the true value of the interest in property acquired. The term money or money's worth includes tangible or intangible property, services, and other consideration reducible to a money value." Moroch v. United States, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 64546 (D.
