Administrative Act Law and Legal Definition
Administrative acts refer to acts made in a management capacity. It may be outside the actor's usual field. For example, a judge supervising the court staff. This comes outside the usual field of deciding cases. Generally, administrative acts are subject to a greater risk of liability than an act within the actor's usual field.
