Administrative Governor [Federal Reserve System] Law and Legal Definition
According to 12 CFR 264b.2 [Title 12 -- Banks and Banking; Chapter II -- Federal Reserve System; Subchapter A -- Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; Part 264b -- Rules Regarding Foreign Gifts and Decorations], Administrative Governor means “the Board member serving as the Administrative Governor and includes persons designated by the Administrative Governor to exercise the authority granted under this part in the governor's absence.”
