Admissibility of Blood Tests Law and Legal Definition
The process of electrophoresis which allows typing of individual blood proteins and enzymes found in a blood sample is generally accepted and scientifically reliable. The results of blood grouping tests are thus generally admissible in criminal prosecutions for purposes of identification.
