Admissibility of Palm Prints and Bare Footprints Law and Legal Definition
The correspondence of palm prints or bare hand marks found at the scene of a crime are admissible to identify the accused as the guilty. For example, a photograph of the bathtub showing the footprint was admitted in evidence. [State v. Abbott, 654 S.W.2d 260, 275 (Mo. Ct. App. 1983)]
