Adverse Material Fact Law and Legal Definition
An adverse material fact is defined as "a fact related to the property not reasonably ascertainable or known to a party which negatively affects the value of the property." Lafarge N. Am., Inc. v. Discovery Group L.L.C., 574 F.3d 973, 983 (8th Cir. Mo. 2009)
