Affidavit on demurrer is an affidavit required by statute or by the rules of the court in some jurisdictions to be made by the attorney filing a demurrer. In an affidavit on demurrer, it should be stated that the demurrer is not introduced for purposes of delay and that it is in the opinion of the attorney well taken in point of law.
