Agricultural Solid Waste Law and Legal Definition
According to 36 CFR 6.3 [Title 36 Parks, Forests, and Public Property; Chapter I National Park Service, Department of the Interior; Part 6 Solid Waste Disposal Sites in Units of the National Park System.] Agricultural solid waste means “solid waste that is generated by the rearing or harvesting of animals, or the producing or harvesting of crops or trees.”
