Airport Capital Plan [Aeronautics and Space] Law and Legal Definition
According to 14 CFR 158.3 [Title 14 Aeronautics and Space; Chapter I Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation; Subchapter I Airports; Part 158 Passenger Facility Charges (PFC's); Subpart A General], Airport Capital Plan means “a capital improvement program that lists airport-related planning, development or noise compatibility projects expected to be accomplished with anticipated available funds.”
