Alcohol Boating Safety Act Law and Legal Definition
Alcohol Boating Safety Act is a Mississippi legislation that prohibits anyone from the operation of a boat or a watercraft on the public waters of Mississippi while under the influence of alcohol or any combination of alcohol, controlled substance, or drugs which impairs one’s ability to operate a watercraft. The Act is found in Section 59-23-1, Mississippi Code (1972).
