All-Cargo Flight Law and Legal Definition
Pursuant to 19 CFR 122.49b [Title 19 -- Customs Duties Chapter I -- U.S. Customs And Border Protection, Department Of Homeland Security; Department Of The Treasury], the term All-cargo flight means “a flight in operation for the purpose of transporting cargo which has onboard only "crew members" and "non-crew members" as defined in this paragraph.”
