American Hospital Association Law and Legal Definition
American Hospital Association (“AHA”) is an association founded in 1898 to promote the welfare of the public. AHA is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. AHA develops methods of providing better health services through research and education in hospital administration and economics and represents hospitals on national health care legislation issues.
