Anarcho-Capitalism Law and Legal Definition
Anarcho-capitalism refers to an individualist revolutionary political philosophy that support the elimination of the state in favor of individual sovereignty in a free market. State is abolished for private-sector entities to promulgate, enforce and adjudicate legal codes. Anarcho-capitalism prefers everything under private ownership. In anarcho-capitalism, all military, law enforcement, and social services organizations would be privately owned and operated, and could compete with one another.
