Animal husbandry is a form of agriculture in which livestock animals such as cattle, hogs, sheep, and horses are breeded and raised. The practice of taking care of domesticated animals, especially in large groups, is also called animal husbandry. It is also termed animal science, stockbreeding or simple husbandry.
